Welcome to ANIMAINE 2012! Enter here for the pre-registration line.

Why Pre-Register?
When you pre-register, you help the con. Early money helps us make sure we can provide the best stuff for you! You also help yourself: the convention's dedicated pre-registration line* is a lot faster than the standard registration line, and you save up to $9 per badge (and up to $5 per shirt!).

Plus, the first one hundred pre-registered attendees will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a badge to ANIMAINE '13 free! So register already!

ANIMAINE badges do not convey any benefits at the Best Western Merry Manor Inn. Valid for 2012 admittance only. All pre-registered attendees must present a valid photo ID when picking up their badge. All attendees will be photographed at the registration desk. Attendees may not obscure their face during the registration process. Other conditions may apply at the door. 2-day and 3-day badges are valid for the number of days listed beginning the date of receipt. Non-consecutive badges are available on a limited basis by contacting ANIMAINE directly. *Dedicated pre-registration line is available during peak hours only. Registration is non-refundable. TERMS OF DRAWING: The names of the first one hundred badges will be entered into a drawing and selected during closing ceremonies. You do not have to be present to win. BADGE RESTRICTIONS: Badges are non-transferable. Anime Defense Project Inc is not responsible for lost or stolen badges; badges may be replaced at the convention for a $5.00 fee. Attempting to use a badge that does not belong to you is shoplifting and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

HAHA. Puny anime fans. Your so-called 'Marketplace' with it's legitimate items (Psh! Nothing beats a good old-fashioned bootleg!) has selected this years artists. To those artists who got in, no congratulations for you! You should be spending your time making knock-offs, not trying to contribute to creative society. And to those who didn't, well, let's just say I have plans for you. MWAHAHAHAHA.

Artist invitations have been sent out! Check your emails, artists!
If you didn't get one, we may be reserving a space for you on our backlist. Thanks for applying!

TOP LEVEL ANIME DEFENSE EYES ONLY

This is Agent Malika reporting in with an urgent message to Anime Defense Command.  We are under attack.

They attacked without warning, appearing in vendors rooms across the globe. We didn't stand a chance. Thousands of civilians have already fallen victim.

We tried to fight back, and that's when it happened. It came, and we couldn't stop it. It was extremely powerful, and it broke through all our defenses in a matter of minutes. Agents G and A bought us enough time to escape, but at a terrible cost.

As we ran, I turned back and saw the thing eating them alive. Then, it looked up and locked its mismatched, misshapen eyes with me, and smiled.

I finally understood what it was.

I've been bootlegged.

MESSAGE LOST

It is with great pleasure that I announce the engagement of ANIMAINE and Anime Defense Project volunteer Samuel Stryker to his longtime girlfriend Christina Elder. The two of them were a vital part of ANIMAINE 2011 and we hope that they are able to join us in the future, and that we have an opportunity to share in their life together.
